These are the general details of the demolition process. In actual operations, equipment such as nugget machines, scrap tire crushers, and nibblers are used.
Another unique feature of Sakurai Corporation is the reuse of rainwater: two water storage tanks (10,000 L and 3,000 L) are used to store rainwater that falls on the ceiling (of a factory area of 800 tsubo(26446.28㎡)).
The stored water is then used as water for the plant. In the course of our operations, we plan to proactively incorporate anything that will lead to recycling and improvement of environmental issues.

Nugget machine
Automotive harnesses are crushed and By sorting by specific gravity valuable copper resources can be recovered.

Waste tire crusher
Shredding unwanted waste tires, as recycled fuel. We are reusing waste tires as recycled fuel.

nibbler
Metals using a nibbler, Nonferrous metals are removed using a nibbler.

Rainwater Reuse
The rainwater that falls on the ceiling of the factory area of 800 tsubo(26446.28㎡) is stored in two caverns, 10,000 liters and 3,000 liters, respectively, and reused as water for the factory, The water is reused as water for the factory.

The Osaka Branch can process end-of-life vehicles. including a TH750 shredder that can process used automobiles, We have installed all kinds of equipment We are making an effort to recycle cars.

Resourcefulness Project

1st Process
