We will visit you for a free on-site valuation at the appointed date and time and propose an appropriate valuation.
We will ask you to identify yourself before starting the assessment, so please have your ID card ready in advance. There are also several other documents that we ask you to prepare, so please confirm them in advance.

Appraised cars can be picked up on the same day. Please inform us of this at the pre-hearing.
step 6Notification of Completion of Documentation Procedures
After picking up your car, Sakurai Co., Ltd. will handle all of the following difficult and troublesome procedures.
- name change
- deregistration (e.g. of a file)
- Procedures for Claiming Refunds
- Transfer of the refund to your designated account when it occurs
The procedure is completely free of charge. Upon completion of the entire process, you will receive a completion notice informing you that the procedure has been properly completed.
